Can Your Cervix Be Hard And You Still Be Pregnant Diet

For the title of this post might seem that I will give tips on how to eat a diet where you lose lots of weight ... but no. The purpose of this post is to realize how things written on the internet as a diet it can cause severe eating disorders, with "tips" that might seem harmless, but can cause large problems in people who read them.

Taking too much free time on my hands (and I'm enjoying my first days of vacation), I was surfing the internet when I came across a page dedicated to giving beauty tips ... as a good woman I am I went to see if I could find some data to help me look better, especially on a special occasion. While watching the page, called my attention to a section exclusively dedicated to diets, so I decided to come to see that giving of advice (I mean, it never hurts). What will be my surprise that what advice I run it with itselfI do not eat. Some time ago I did some research on anorexia nervosa and bulimia (the research was to write a story) and this is precisely one of the first sen ; signals (indicated by physicians) that a person suffers from one of these disorders. But anyway, let the following advice.

"Between 15 and 20 almonds are a good trick to fool the hunger, while 50 sng to lose weight, I say, then better not to eat anything heavy smoking, smoking also cheats hunger (clarified, it is not recommended, is drama.)

same thing happens with the following advice is only eating cereal since it is assumed that you can better measure the portions and so not others eat. How long could hold one person (who does not have an eating disorder), eating only cereal?

After reading these "helpful hints" for weight loss wonder why we worry that bulimia anorexia and attack more people annually? If you can put this kind of advice in a highly influential media like the Internet in our days, we should not scare us to see that eating disorders are growing.
